- रद्दीकरण के लिए अपवाद : यदि ऑर्डर पहले से ही विक्रेताओं/व्यापारियों को सूचित कर दिए गए हैं और शिपिंग प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है, तो उन्हें रद्द नहीं किया जा सकता है। इसके अतिरिक्त, उसी दिन डिलीवरी श्रेणी के तहत दिए गए ऑर्डर के लिए कोई रद्दीकरण की अनुमति नहीं है।

क्षतिग्रस्त या दोषपूर्ण आइटम : यदि ग्राहकों को क्षतिग्रस्त या दोषपूर्ण उपभोक्ता टिकाऊ या गैर-टिकाऊ आइटम प्राप्त होते हैं, तो उन्हें प्राप्ति के 1 दिन के भीतर ग्राहक सेवा टीम को समस्या की रिपोर्ट करनी चाहिए। व्यापारी द्वारा समस्या की जाँच और पुष्टि करने के बाद अनुरोध पर विचार किया जाएगा।
- उत्पाद अपेक्षा के अनुरूप नहीं है : यदि किसी ग्राहक को ऐसा उत्पाद प्राप्त होता है जो उनकी अपेक्षाओं को पूरा नहीं करता है या वेबसाइट पर दिखाए गए उत्पाद से मेल नहीं खाता है, तो उन्हें उत्पाद प्राप्त करने के 24 घंटे के भीतर ग्राहक सेवा टीम को सूचित करना चाहिए। ग्राहक सेवा टीम शिकायत की समीक्षा करेगी और उचित निर्णय लेगी।
